2. Basic package - A one to one session at your home or other suitable location. This pacakge is as for the premium package, but with no beginners course CD and after session support.

One to one sessions can be purchased immediately on booking or booked and then payment made two weeks before (if short notice and less than this, payment must be made on confirmation of date). If the session is cancelled less than a week before without rescheduling, a 20% administration charge will be made before a refund will be made. Re-scheduling of a session will only be allowed twice before an admin fee is deducted.

What to bring to a session:

  •  Your camera with spare battery and memory card and camera manual if you have it
  •  A tripod if you have one
  •  Lens cloth or tissues
  •  A selection of any photos you have recently taken
  •  Warm waterproof clothing for bad weather and sensible foot attire (e.g. walking boots)
  •  Rain proof bag for your equipment
  •  If you do not have a bridge or DSLR camera and wish to use one, this can be supplied, otherwise bring your own equipment along.
Although the practical section of the day will normally take place in the afternoons, if the weather is expected to deteriorate, the tutor will be at liberty to alter the timing of the day or indeed cancel the out door practical altogether. In this case, alternative indoor practical will be offered.

* My local school is hired for both training room and 'studio' space (if required). It is located in a pretty Elizabethan village which is fantastic for the practical outside portion of the session.

Portrait and studio techniques are available on request, but as this includes booking a local hall, added costs are involved. Please ring me to discuss possibilities - I rarely say no!
